CoFlex TLC® two-layer compressions kits are designed to improve patients’ sense of freedom and mobility. For the CoFlex TLC® Calamine kit, soft foam impregnated with calamine sits against the patient’s skin. The second layer consists of a non-latex, self-adhering compression bandage equipped with EasyTear Technology for convenient, scissor-free application. With low- and medium-compressions strengths available, the CoFlex TLC® Calamine kit provides an Unna boot-like experience designed to aid patient healing without compromising comfort. EasyTear Technology helps patients and caregivers more accurately, conveniently and quickly apply the bandage. Visual indicators show you where to apply the bandage to deliver compression. Once applied, the solution stays in place and provides a comfortable, breathable feel that helps the injury heal. Each kit includes a nylon stocking for additional support and is free of latex. Longer Wear Time As it soothes the skin, CoFlex TLC® Calamine provides a longer wear time than the traditional Unna boot, resulting in fewer dressing changes. This is due to a higher vapor transfer rate preventing moisture from building up underneath the dressing.
