Using acetate mesh, this low-adherent dressing allows for less-traumatic removal while creating a moist environment designed to encourage healing. How Do CUTICERIN Low-Adherent Wound Dressings Work? These dressings start with acetate gauze, which is then enhanced with water-repellent CUTICERIN ointment for direct delivery.
