INTRASITE Gel is an amorphous, non-adherent hydrogel which gently rehydrates necrotic tissue, facilitating autolytic debridement, while loosening and absorbing slough and exudate. It helps maintain the optimum moist wound management environment during the later stages of wound closureINTRASITE Gel is indicated for use to create a moist wound environment for the treatment of minor wounds including burns, superficial lacerations, cuts and abrasions (partial-thickness wounds) and skin tears. Under the direction of a healthcare professional, INTRASITE Gel is indicated for venous leg ulcers, surgical incisions, diabetic foot ulcers and pressure ulcers (including stage IV).
