New Image Irrigation Sleeve

This product is part of a two-piece pouching system. The irrigation sleeve is designed to be used when routine colostomy irrigation is recommended by a healthcare professional to regulate emptying the bowel at a scheduled time. The irrigation sleeve opens at the top for easy access to the stoma during the irrigation procedure and can be closed with the attached wire closure. The long sleeve allows effluent to be directed into the toilet. Integrated tabs permit easy attachment of a belt. Includes drainable pouch clamp. This code is not recognized on the Medicare fee schedule, meaning that irrigation sleeves will now need to be paid for out-of-pocket. They can not be billed through insurance, including Medicare.
