Prevantics Chlorhexidine Gluconate Swab

The name has changed, everything else remains the same. PDI has renamed its popular Chlorascrub line: Prevantics. Prevantics Swab Skin Prep Pads contain a single step, broad spectrum, persistent antiseptic that significantly reduces the number of microorganisms on intact skin. Often used for the preparation of the patient's skin prior to an injection. Each pad measures 3.125" x 1.125" and are designed to cover a 6.25 square inch treatment area. They help reduce bacteria that potentially can cause skin infection. Latex free. Contents: 100 packets of swabs premoistened with 1 mL of a solution of 3.15% (w/v) Chlorhexidine gluconate, 70% (v/v) Isopropyl alcohol, and USP purified water.
